Matthew Glachman is a founding partner of Glachman & Brill, P.A., where he has built a reputation as a leading force in Florida real estate litigation. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland in 2009 and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2012. That same year, he was admitted to the Florida Bar. During his time at Nova Southeastern University, Matthew cultivated a strong focus on Intellectual Property Law, serving as Vice President of the school’s Intellectual Property Law Society.
Matthew’s entrepreneurial spirit has led him to successfully create and manage multiple start-up ventures, demonstrating his forward-thinking approach and deep understanding of today’s evolving technology landscape. This business acumen complements his legal practice, providing clients with strategic, results-driven solutions.
Matthew began his legal career working with one of Florida’s top foreclosure defense firms, where he gained invaluable experience in high-stakes litigation. After law school, he joined a prestigious real estate law firm specializing in creditor’s rights and complex foreclosure litigation, where he represented some of the largest mortgage lenders and servicers in the nation.
Since 2015, Matthew has dedicated his practice exclusively to real estate litigation, with a particular focus on both residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. His extensive experience includes handling hundreds of cases involving breach of contract, evictions, unlawful detainers, ejectments, security deposit disputes, property damage claims, partitions, and mold contamination issues. Matthew’s expertise and strategic advocacy consistently deliver successful outcomes for his clients.
In addition to his litigation practice, Matthew serves as Of Counsel to Green Lumens LLC, a global leader in LED lighting manufacturing and retrofitting. His role reflects his ability to navigate complex legal matters within cutting-edge industries.
Matthew is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and is a proud member of the Florida Attorneys Title Insurance Fund ("The Fund"). He is also authorized to issue title insurance policies through Old Republic Title Insurance Company, further broadening the range of services he offers his clients.

Jordan Brill is a highly accomplished founding partner of Glachman & Brill, P.A., where he is recognized for his expertise in real property litigation. Graduating magna cum laude from Florida State University in 2007, Jordan demonstrated academic excellence early in his career. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2011 and has been a respected member of the Florida Bar since then.
Jordan has built a distinguished legal career by successfully representing landlords, tenants, property managers, and property owners in a wide array of complex real estate matters.
